MANL is pleased to announce Midday Museums: Nourishing Knowledge for Heritage Professionals and Volunteers, a series of webinars, discussion sessions and networking events, set for noon on the last Tuesday of each month. We’ll gather on Zoom and sometimes in person/hybrid, to talk about funding applications, collections management, supervising student staff and other topics.
On March 26, MANL’s Anne Madden will host a session on the Cultural Economic Development Program (CEDP) administered by the Department of Tourism, Culture, and Recreation. It offers two streams of funding to museums, archives and heritage organizations in NL: operational and project. We’ll talk about the applications and feature some of the projects that have received CEDP Heritage funding. Join us!
To register, please fill out this form by Monday, March 25.
Thank you to the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation for supporting the efforts of the Museum Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, and to the United Way Newfoundland and Labrador’s Community Services Recovery Fund for making our digital initiatives possible.
