MANL MEMBERSHIP 2024-2025
MANL membership year starts on April 1, 2024 and ends on March 31, 2025. To join or renew your membership, please forward your membership form to MANL by email or mail.
Interac e-Transfer payments will be available soon. MANL will contact you in the near future with the payment instructions. Please do not attempt to make an e-Transfer payment until contacted by MANL. For now, simply fill out the form, tick “e-Transfer”, and forward your form to MANL via email or mail. MEMBERSHIP FORM
MANL Membership Form (April 1 2024 – March 31 2025)
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader software can be used for filling the PDF form. You can download Acrobat® Reader, or get the Acrobat® Chrome® extension for free.
If you are having difficulty filling out the form in your browser, please follow these steps:
- Right click on the link to the form.
- Select “Save link as”.
- Select a location on your computer to save the file.
- Open the file. If you cannot open the file, download Acrobat® Reader.
- Fill the form.
- Save the form on your computer.
MANL members can also receive their membership renewal forms by mail. If you would prefer to receive your form by mail, contact us at manl.membership@gmail.com to let us know.
MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Institutional Membership: This membership category is suitable for any organization, including museums, heritage societies, galleries etc. interested in the preservation and promotion of our natural and cultural heritage. Institutional memberships are valid from April 1 to March 31 and have an annual fee of $60.00.
Individual Membership: This membership is suitable for an individual person who is interested in the preservation and promotion of our natural and cultural heritage. Individual memberships are valid from April 1 to March 31 and have an annual fee of $25.00.
